Properties

1. PN-7 does not contain hexavalent chromium.

2, After drying, it can increase the surface hardness and scratch resistance.

3  PN-7 can form a layer of transparent organic protective film, generally does not affect the original color of the passivation layer.

4. It ican protect the color of passivation layer for a longer time.

Process Parameters

PN-7 Sealant: 5-10% (The sealing agent will flocculate under acidic conditions, so the pH value of the added water must be higher than 7.0)

Temperature: room temperature

Time: 5-15 seconds

pH: 8-9(It can be adjusted with diluted ammonia and ethanolamine)

Drying temperature: 60-80°C

Tank material: stainless steel, plastic or steel tank with a plastic liner. For barrel plating, a separator is required.
