Zinc Electroplating Chemicals For Cyanide Zinc Plating Process ; JZ-1

Process Flow

Degrease alkaline chemically → wash with hot water → remove the rust with acid → wash → wash with running cool water → activate (hydrochloric acid) → wash → plate zinc → recycle → wash → neutralize (nitric acid 2-3%) → passivate → dry and solidify (60-80℃)

Temperature 5-40℃

SK: SA 1:1.5-2

Anode 0# zinc plate

Rack Plating: Dk 0.5-4 A/dm2

Cathode Move 8-12 time/ min

Barrel Plating: Dk 0.5-3 A/dm2

Barrel Rotation Rate 6-8 time/min
